Widus Partners is pleased to announce that it has become a MAS-licensed venture capital fund manager in Singapore. Since the firm’s inception, Widus Partners has worked closely with promising startups with its overarching goal of getting transformative deals done, in conjunction with its core business in cross border M&A/investment advisory and principal investments. Our team will continue to challenge ourselves and the status quo by engaging in early stage deals and projects that promote, innovate and implement cutting-edge technologies.

Widus Partners’ recent early stage projects and clients come from a diverse range of industries, including media & entertainment, micromobility, e-sports and digital assets. With our presence in the financial hubs of Seoul, Hong Kong and Singapore, we believe that our team at Widus Partners is uniquely positioned to work with these talented founders and visionaries in the Asia Pacific region to make lasting impacts in their communities.

To further boost our investment capabilities in such new ventures, we have made preparations to launch this venture capital investment vehicle in Singapore throughout the course of this year. Notwithstanding the global virus pandemic and the challenges it has brought to the global VC community, we believe there is no better time to work with entrepreneurs that possess the virtues, talent and leadership that continue to inspire us daily.
